Shipping Policy

At Dhabayih Al Barakah, we provide free refrigerated delivery directly to the customer’s door within our available delivery areas.

1. Delivery Service

All orders are delivered using refrigerated vehicles to help maintain freshness, quality, and proper product handling during transportation.

Delivery is provided to the customer’s registered delivery address as entered during checkout.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping is free of charge for eligible orders within our available delivery areas.

No standard delivery fee will be charged at checkout unless clearly stated otherwise.

3. Delivery Areas

Delivery is available within selected areas in the United Arab Emirates.

If the customer’s location is outside our available delivery area, we may contact the customer before processing or dispatching the order.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary depending on product availability, preparation time, cutting style, order volume, and delivery location.

Customers should provide accurate contact and delivery information to avoid delays.

5. Customer Availability

The customer must be available to receive the order at the delivery address.

If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or provides incorrect delivery details, Dhabayih Al Barakah will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery.

Additional delivery arrangements may be subject to availability.

6. Fresh & Perishable Products

Our products are fresh and perishable. Once the order has been delivered to the customer’s door, the customer is responsible for receiving, checking, and storing the product properly.

Any issue with the order must be reported within 2 hours of delivery, as stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
